Our check in the amount of $_________(minimum deposit 25%) is enclosed as a deposit for the booth rental. We understand that 60% of the full booth rental amount and the signed Rental Contract for Exhibit Space is due in the office of E.C.B.S., Inc. on or before September 15, 2007, and the full booth rental amount is due on or before November 15, 2007. We also understand that refunds of booth deposits and booth rental payments will be made as follows: full refund if requested by September 15, 2007; refund of 50% if requested after September 15, 2007, and before October 15, 2007. No refunds will be made if requested after October 15, 2007. All refund requests must be made in writing to E.C.B.S., Inc., P. O. Box 924, Bel Air, Maryland 21014. We also understand that, by signing this Application for Booth Space, we are bound by this refund policy. The person signing this Application for Booth Space expressly represents and warrants to E.C.B.S., Inc. that he/she is authorized by the exhibitor to bind it to the terms and conditions of this Application. The signer of this Application understands and agrees that he/she is personally bound and liable pursuant to the terms and conditions hereof in the event that such authority to bind the exhibitor does not exist.
